如何申请12月CFA缓考

2014年12月的CFA考试迫在眉睫，已经报名，却不能参加的考生怎么办呢？从理论上来说，CFA协会没有缓考这一说法，但是在实际情况下，有4种理由可以申请缓考：
1、自己住院向主治医生开生病住院治疗的证明并签字扫描给官方。
2、家人住院主要自己陪床的，要主治医师开证明并签字。
3、家人死亡证明。
4、诚恳说明理由，并具有可信度。

I am a candidate of CFA and I will participate in the exam in June in 2014 in Shanghai.
